So once they are done, they’ll need to clean 5 days a week to maintain this 1

He isn't taking off his slippers before going in the bedroom. He isn't wearing slippers in the kitchen/living room, he's wearing Crocs or a knock off of them. They actually have matching slippers (he has gray, she has pink), that they leave in the hall. You can see his next to the bed on cam 12 when he sleeps. They kind of remind me of dusters, so it's like he dusts the floor when he walks in them. As for why he only wears those crocs in the kitchen/living room, I don't know. If he is a germaphobe, it probably has something to do with that. Kitchens are dirty places really and doesn't want to track whatever gets on the floor elsewhere in the apartment. Or maybe he doesn't consider those rooms clean enough to wear slippers in yet, because they seem to be doing work in there still. Look to the left of the bed, slippers..
