IMO, Sayn (aka doughboy) lost her physically, emotionally and she has no respect for him.  Dude has to get far away from her as she isn't girlfriend/wifey material.

For whatever reason (maybe bad home life), they are no longer living with mom and dad. They are on their own - long enough to know about personal responsibilities and how NOT to be an asshole and be respectful - especially if you have been in a committed relationship.

That she cheated on doughboy, no longer has respect for doughboy - she's using him for as long as she can until that light bulb lights over his head and he realizes he's being used like yesterday's tampon.
