Watching Kaya in the kitchen and dining room talking to Brandon, she is smiling or laughing a lot.  Her demeanor around him is so much different than Aya's.  When she started with the music, I was hoping she'd start sexy dancing in front of him....I give him credit, he has a lot more control and acts like a perfect gentleman.

B7 villa is dead since a very long time . They got lucky finding a very nice and interested in the project tenant but with all the “ craziness “ going on with indifferent for the project Briana  , drama queen Aya and a guy that no matter how decent he is , he tries to behave in a complex with 8 girls surrounding him and i believe the majority liking him but he having chosen to just mind his own business , it simply suffers of content .
