Maybe he was just angry about the all night drinking with leech, every night? That he does not know about the incidents. 

No this was TOO big, Elli wouldn't be in tears all that time just because Sayn wanted a guest to leave. He found out and some translations earlier confirm it.

Its the tears that confuse me, her attitude towards Sayn has been cold and rejecting. He almost had to force any interaction with her.  Why is she upset now.  I don't get it, but i am much older from a different time.

I never saw the shower scene; I subscribed right after because of the plot, so I never saw them having sex with someone
