They had a sex marathon during the weekend , of course it might be that they “ moved “ to the friends with benefits zone but then , in which zone the other guy belongs ? And if Sayn has accepted all that , he isn’t for sure a prisoner to ask to be released , it is always up to the tenant to decide if he wants to quit. 

With that being said , my conclusion is that Elli is the one that decides ( in cooperation with RLC ) what direction she wants the apartment to take . If it wasn’t the sex during the weekend or if it was totally “ freezing “ between then , I could say that Sayn stays just because he needs a bit time to find something else . It doesn’t look so at least .
