 but we haven't had a successful girl's apartment for quite some time. The villa is usually a boy's town where people don't know when to leave. B7 is always arguing, B2 has been gone for over a year, B1 was a disaster with those ugly fake sex shows from the Buki harem, and we won't even mention Harley and Ulyana, so now you want more of that?

With that being said , my conclusion is that Elli is the one that decides ( in cooperation with RLC ) what direction she wants the apartment to take . If it wasn’t the sex during the weekend or if it was totally “ freezing “ between then , I could say that Sayn stays just because he needs a bit time to find something else . It doesn’t look so at least .

This apartment had had so far so many twists that haven’t been possible to be explained . We went from Elli packing Sayn’s things but it wasn’t - as we thought - because he found out he was cheated but something else . Perhaps this is the key and might answer even more questions than the main “ why Elli packed Sayn’s clothes ? “

 

I also think that the majority here believes that before this guest appeared , NOTHING was showing that the couple had ANY major issue troubling them . Yes , good friend Thinga mentioned that Sayn looked to be jealous sometimes with Elli not wearing a bra while going out or some discussions disagreeing in certain subjects but it is quite normal in long period relationships . In any case , things happen also outside of the apartment ( in any apartment ) that definitely affect things happening and obviously the life these people have inside the apartment . 
 

It is the reasonable thing after EVERYTHING that has occurred that they break up and move on with their lives .Epic failure mistake if Elli starts anything with any guy instantly , epic failure mistake for Sayn if after the break up he keeps on “ begging “ Elli to try again. They both need time alone and it might be possible , when many things in their lives have made a circle , to try again sometime in the future .

The thing that amazes me the most is how Sayn doesn't look at the cams, even after the cheating incident.  She's either stupid or just don't give a fuck.  Since he's on the contract, he should be able to see what's going on, on the cams.
