From what I'm told participants have to apply to join or reapply rejoin if they have been in the project before so based on that then I'd say nobody has applied OR they are not accepting some 'returnee' applications despite there being several beds free. 1

She goes out every day a few hours or more so she must see some people and even friends... 😉 And we can hope she will be invited at B4 for the big Xmas double-party thanks to Roxa 😉 1
