I think it is from the majority understood , that there have happened things here that nobody expected , let’s say one month ago . One of the ( i believe ) most regular daily viewers of the apartment , good friend thinga69 , would provide some updates occasionally and he brought in attention that there have been some arguments between the couple but nothing that isn’t happening with a couple being together nearly two years . To be honest , the time that this topic was mostly visited in 2025 ( before this cataclysmic sequence of events lately ) was when Elli and Sayn were doing sexually things never seen before , Elli blowjobbing Sayn in the living room and general an increased sexual activity was hadn’t seen before . 
 

With all that being said , I need to say again that NOTHING hinted that there was anything wrong with this couple . And then suddenly we have reached this point that NOBODY knows actually what goes on . It is really difficult to predict what is going to happen but I will risk and say that i do NOT see at all the male guest becoming a tenant . The scenario that is actually in my mind currently is that Elli and Sayn have decided to continue with the current RPC rules , having a “ contractual “ RLC couples apartment but seems that financially they have managed to find a place nearby and they are going to use it both of them as they wish and like , mostly doing things that for them could ( according to their thinking ) cost them the free RLC apartment . Let’s see . AGAIN , hope we FINALLY see a single Elli .
