I think there are lots of different theories and narratives that could end up being correct but I don’t think Eli has any master plan. Though by default she does have the power in this relationship it’s not calculated manipulation.

Elli’s biggest ratings have been the 10 days that the male guest was staying in the apartment . Also when Peater was visiting while being with Vencel . The girls visiting it is just our “ voyerism “ curiosity , maybe a nip / boobs slip while in the bathroom or a possible naked shower ( and not with the underwear like often in the villas 😂) .

This entire thing seems laughable to me, I am pretty much viewing this apartment from these comments.  Just got tired of her and him.  From what I see, Elli broke up with Sayn and told him to move out, but you have to come over when i say so.  Elli is trying to date maybe two people, and told Sayn to move on.  For some reason he is back in the apartment, for what ever.  They fuck she then goes out.  All this makes my head hurt.  She checks his phone, why do that unless you are looking for something.  By the sound of it she found it.  Sayn chating with another girl.  Elli gets mad, pretty much breaks up with him again.  They go to bed, next more everything is good, fuck again, which she started, showers, gets dress and goes out leaving Sayn at home. I guess its drama and we all like drama.

It is drama and it is soap opera viewing for us, yet at the same time - They ARE real people and Sayn's head is being messed up every day. One minute it's 'I've moved on, we should see less of each other', the next she is fucking him.....She tells him to find someone else, then when he does, she goes crazy.....

She knows that he adores her, so every time she gives him sex or even just kisses and cuddles, she makes things 10 times worse. Every time he walks in, he'll be thinking 'This might be the night she changes her mind' etc etc....Neither of them are real world experienced to see this is NOT how you behave.

Sayn can’t control the feelings he has for this girl , he is so weak towards her , it looks to me that if Elli brings a guy home and she tells Sayn “ sit on the couch and watch me having sex , you do so and you will be day in and day out in the apartment and you will have sex with me also “ , Sayn will just comply , this is how weak he is and can’t move on with his life .

 

As for Elli , ONCE AGAIN as it comes more and more visible and we can confirm , Elli CAN NOT be alone , loneliness is for her the thing she afraid of the most , this is why so much time on her phone during the day and as soon as she wakes up . She will start with messages , phonecalls before ( lately and the last period since her break up ) has the day arranged with anyone she meets outside . It starts also more and more going in my mind that the apartment where  Sayn lives , it is also used by Elli , I don’t know if she goes there and she brings whoever she flirts or dates , but we can also assume that it is an apartment quite nearby , the one off cameras so as to “ calculate “ also her moves without the cameras pressure . 
 

As a conclusion , Elli has ( minimum ) 3 guys ( ? ) going after her , this is her “ fuel “ to continue believing that she wants to be single and enjoy her life . Whenever any of the guys doesn’t  give her what she wants , she will automatically contact another to have her happiness or her mood at the level she wishes . And that’s why , a woman that controls people so easily , will be for me a person that has TOTAL control of all things in her personal life ( the whiteboard still might be there also to help her with the life obligations during this period of being single ) .
