In general, I don't think being a teenager or in your early 20s is an automatic pass to fuck  around like a slut. Have fun with a guy you've started a relationship with, that's fine. But to hook up (I doubt they ever saw a movie together, had a meal, or even went to an ice cream shop), no bueno.

Yea, it's her life. But if she lived in my city and she continued with such behavior, as a taxpayer I would end up paying for her pregnancy/abortion/incarceration/welfare (choose one or more).
