For starters nobody knows if K&L are 'best' friends and secondly, it's very easy to imagine participants doing sexual content off cam as it's not much different to when they do things under the covers which is essentially of cam. She should stop getting tangled with Neytiri simple as that. Kaya should completely ignore her and do her own thing with Liora. Bring her friends over from time to time and have a good time.
