Smith has made no attempt to resolve anything, and he seems to be a utterly useless couch potato, so this relationship may be nearing of the end. I haven't paid this apartment much attention (unfortunately because she's got the body of a goddess) so this kind of thing might happen all the time and I wouldn't know.
