That's why I use the 😏. Maybe a few get that with the bonus. AFAIK, the base paycheck is 800 Euros. Maybe that's why we see so many empty rooms. 1

Also as Thinga said, base pay is ok for some but for most of them they need more than that, girls who already have a home in Barcelona on their own will gladly take whatever extra they earn from RLC, it wouldn't harm them one bit, that's why they are mostly away and even when they are here, they do very little. Times have changed from before when girls even though would do things for money but they also wanted to do it because of their own pleasure, there was variety on RLC, now we have all these social media influencers, OF etc., as their second pay source. They care very little what they do on RLC. Some of the bates i saw felt like the girl just have to go through with it to fill the quota, like the Jen one last week and Ulyana this week. I don't think the situation would ever go back to lets say 2018 or 2019 when RLC was at their best because at that time, the sole money source was doing things on cam. 2
