My first impression is that if it takes so long for RLC to find new residents, shouldn't they at least look a bit better? And where are the young party girls?

Well , at least we got a TOTALLY new girl and not a repeater for starters . Personally , I was really really excited yesterday FINALLY seeing a new tenant after - I don’t know , how long it has been ?? - 2 months or something and not these moving around tenants and ( despite seeming reasonable changes ) RLC fooling us filling beds when in reality they lost even one more pretending that they moved the partner of Dominga in a single room in B1 when they are like a B5 couple ( still strange why they didn’t move them there after bringing Gelia in B4 and Ada being Spanish speaking ) . 
 

We need to think that Ivy brings the element of surprise and hopefully either being “ trained “ by Amalia or RLC checked deeper before hiring her and B2 apartment can get back some of the old glory days . Let’s have some faith and consider this as a new beginning.

Unless it HAS to be and it's the only way RLC can operate.

It is all about the money , we have analyzed this repeatedly . There’s no need for a Central European citizen or north ( Scandinavian ) or North American or Australian to do this job . A normal job in the above continents and countries gives the same and even more money per month . But Eastern European girls , Latina counties girls and at some occasions also the southern European countries ( I mean my country has a basic salary of 930€ , and renting an apartment might be 450-500€ per month for example ) .

 

The only other citizens that RLC could hire are Asians but this it too complicated , if papers for Eastern European have always been challenging , imagine the Asians . And above all , ownership is Eastern European , they started it all and they have “ the network “ to be able and handle this . In the meantime , some of their people have moved in Spain and they now help them in Barcelona , Montenegro is visa free for Russians and that’s why works without issues and the question has always been for me how they managed to expand in  Czech Republic . Poland was also an easy option perhaps as soon as the war started .

I think RLC's plan for B1 is that Dominga & Simonne will keep the apartment to themselves and not to bring any other girl in the guest room to be with a bisexual/lesbian couple unless she is Latina and a friend of Dominga & Simonne so they can get along well. Someone like Kali.

Otherwise, it will be like what happened in B5 with Gelia (single girl) who was a roommate with bisexual/lesbian couple which I think it didn't work well. 

B1 will stay like this until the summer because I think that RLC realized that those two girls bring good viewership and subscriptions 🤑 to RLC.
