Does anyone remember a couple years ago when RLC had some technical problems and they gave some kind of credit after?  Maybe it was 10 replay reel tokens or something?

It's probably happened a couple of times
We got a few extra days added to the subscription.
We might have gotten some reals, because I've never bought any, but I see I have some left in my account.

That was years and a few owners ago. Yes it was enough tokens to reward you a day or two of free replay. You're not going to get anything out of the owners these days. You don't even get quality participants these days. Or enough apartments/houses to warrant the monthly cost

I don't think the new owners are making money; they have more apartments, half empty, worse quality tenants, and dissatisfied customers.
