They are for sure leaving , they already search for an apartment . Of course , it is RLC and sometimes they change their decisions completely and out of nowhere .

 

As was mentioned from Timber , it is insane that RLC keeps Lunete and Ada , Astra and Roxa and is showing the exit to Dominga and Simonne . I will make the “ INSANE “ theory then myself , Simonne and Dominga gather viewership and in general , subscribers are happy to watch them , well , maybe it costs lots of money for RLC and with the salaries being ridiculously low as it seems , ROC can’t afford these two 😂😂😂😂😂

 

RLC makes one step in front finding some good tenants lately ( Ivy , Feya , Amyrel ) and two steps back sending away these two ladies and keeping ABSOLUTELY zero doing girls in terms of interactions and be social with the rest ( Zara , Dana , Astra , Roxa , Ada , Lunette ) .

👍 We don’t know for sure if they are leaving, though it’s seems they are, but we are willing to speculate they actually are, and then speculate why….thats a lot of speculation. 😃

I think it's not allowed no, but as soon as it doesn't alter too much tenant behaviour it's ok for RLC... but as I said... RLC makes the rules and they decide when a tenant is outlaw when they want... 😛 
Former tenants were well known to stream or make content for OF or CB and they were not fired for that...

I KNOW it's not allowed (from a tenant) but I don't know why is the exact reason... 😉

Like you said, RLC makes the rules they can break them. 
Lots of tenants maybe have stretched the rules, and if RLC objected it’s as simple as informing the tenant to stop or risk eviction. I think most people would stop unless they are nuts. Same with Gelia’s B4 shower. So that’s ’why I personally don’t think it was anything to do with streaming.

D & S are definitely leaving as a former participant posted that they needed Accommodation for the rest of March and April.

As others have said I think the content making is a probable reason given that Aya, Neytira, Nani, Thais and Kali all made content and some of them got their marching orders at apparently short notice, maybe they need to start making that clear when girls join.

(They don't seem to object on Xlife but the income structure is different).

My understanding is that some other apartment residents have pay rent too, Eg, those listed in the permanant section.

It's been said many times RLC have reduced the basic wage so I believe Girls / Couples on Vaccy get a fixed wage and live rent free while everyone else gets the same wage but have to pay rent, over and above this all participants can earn bonus money based on views etc.

Thank you. Great post. Regarding the "all participants can earn bonus money based on views etc.", do you know this for a fact? I have always wondered about that. It makes sense to me. All these girls know exactly who their audience is. It only makes sense for RLC to reward them for keeping the viewers happy.

Surely not unless he works for RLC payment team 😛 

I don't think even tenants don't know how it works, they just get her payment without any jsutification... they can just make suppositions according to what they did and comparing paid with other tenants...

Again, no short notice for Aya, Neyt and Nani... I don't know for Thais and Kali but I don't think it's because of making content... RLC just needed the rooms... that's all.

And I think it's very clear when girls join and sign the famous "contract" 😉
