From your previous comment - high-pitched buzzer - these must be the same thing they use to keep teenagers from loitering around 7-Eleven stores? If they worked that would be awesome. 1

Unfortunately they don't do much at my work, besides they interfere with hearing aids (although the effect is funny when those devices whistle back 😁) and at home my spiders react to them too 1

They hear through the hair on their legs and can use their web for detection too. Amazing. Thx.

People find it strange when I talk to my spiders, one of them is a bit bigger than the picture below, if I don't say anything they don't recognize me and attack me.. and who wants to be bitten by such a cutie ? 😁 1
