I don't really believe in X's chances of survival, maybe RLC doesn't either anymore.

My question is why this apartment didn't just close when Jen and Vivi left. There was nobody in the apartment then - that would have made for a very natural ending. Certainly a more natural one than relocating D&S for just six weeks and adding Vira back for only two and then kicking them all out with no notice.

Either something changed with the plan for this apartment, and very quickly so, or RLC really did do a temporary housing of tenants just to keep the lights on for a pitiful month longer. If the answer is the latter, then it appears to have come at the expense of losing D&S - who if left alone as B4 tenants, could have right now been occupying the penthouse after N&N departed.

That apartment might have already been promised at the time but the new residents withdrew due to the rat infestation that is not under control, that could very well be the reason why D and S don't want to move in now either.

But I don't find it funny, I find it pathetic to read how people don't think beyond the end of their noses and give in to the first conclusion that appeals to them or the one that suits them...

I’m of course also very disappointed that B1 closes but I won’t blame RLC for that as I’m not sure it’s their decision…

D&S were asking for apartments tips for many weeks before they left the project.

Very accurate comment, on the contrary, and unlike many others, including yours, who accuse RLC of deliberately closing B1... perhaps they were forced to...

Does anyone ever have a landlord inform you that they are not renting to you anymore?  Is it possible that all the theories about RLC are totally incorrect and that they were told that their lease would not be renewed?

All the theories are just that....guesses; just like all the theories about Linda and Tibor breaking up.  All that happened was that they moved into a newly vacant apartment.

Can we just watch without putting all this crap about RLC being in trouble out there?

Exactly. Not a bizarre comment at all. It is plausible that the landlord decided to sell the place, and RLC had no say in the matter.
