IMO, B-6 was previously a Russian-owned den of passion where an escort could entertain a wealthy customer for the evening.  When originally built, the apartment lacked indoor plumbing, that's how old it was.  One had to step up to enter the kitchen and the bathroom, because the floor was raised to install supply and drain pipes.

The business on the ground floor has been there for 108 years!

To answer a statement made--NO RLC Does Not own this apartment. Back when Tereza and Tibor were there still, they were tossed out by the owner. Reason being, he No longer wanted russians or Ukrainians living there. That's when all the spainish talkers started being harbored there. At least 1 couple anyhow. The question now is, Did He tell RLC to Piss off? Or has RLC decided to tell him to piss off? Or again, Will we be seeing all new playas cumming into the house of bugs 🤔🤔

Carla and Yanai were living in B6 when the apartment was raided although I missed what happened and replay disappeared quicker than you can say 'Ulyanna is away again' 

C & Y were into dancing and had many sexy lady friends, one of whom was very nice and got railed on a regular basis by their male friend that often stayed with them.

Carla was a bit like Linda and needed a large bra, and then from memory had them made bigger.
