She's the cleaner so I fail to understand what the FUCK it has to do with her where the sofa goes. That said, why is there even a sofa in the FR ...it's a FR not a Chillout Room. She needs fucking firing.

Yep, in the weekends they might have a party or gathering sometimes, during the week they do NOTHING.
