The last month was not good indeed, but we had parties, gatherings, sexual stuff, nude workouts, socializing etc etc. Much much better than it is now.

Agreed. There is room for big improvement, but I still say that's more likely with at least two new girls. If Amirel goes to B4 they need to find a girl of at least her level or better. No more tenants like Bella, Emma, Tanya, or Annette, please! (Annette did more than those others, but had a freaky kinda witchiness about her and covered in marks and bruises, who wants to see that).
