As I said , I know for sure that communication to management was “ on time “ done , that’s why RLC is to be blamed here . We have seen the last 2 years that this particular ( and in my opinion important part for a viewer / potential new subscriber ) information is ignored and at times not even communicated at all , in my opinion it is ONE MORE issue of the degrade of customer service that RLC has as a site , following the ongoing “ on cameras “ issues they have mostly in Barcelona .

Any other line of work they'd be sacked. I'd love a life where I am getting paid not doing the things I am obliged to do, but that's not reality.
