A tenant is not hired for a given salary and quantified bonus… the salary calculation is a mystery and they only have their salary (sometimes late as Gelia seemed to say in the kitchen conversation) and no other explanation…

All this to say that if RLC thinks the girls are too much paid or they don’t want to pay them a lot they can just reduce their salary without any explanation… no need to fire them and replace them with « cheaper » tenants.

Again, I don’t think money is the reason, but a change of tenants… or they did something wrong like it was evoked but I don’t think so…

Let’s see who will replace them, if any… 🫤

I haven't been a subscriber for two months now, but I'm following CC to see if and when it's worth subscribing again.
From what you wrote (Gelia complained in the kitchen that her paycheck was late), I can imagine that the reason for her "firing" was because she spoke publicly about this.
In any case, I'm increasingly convinced I won't subscribe.

I would say that is not a fire-able offence. If she was fired for breaking rules, it wasn't some petty thing like using her BR shower or anything. I think it was mentioned perhaps giving away the location to too many bums might be a good reason but Gelia is hardly the first or worst person and bringing hobos in.

Funny. Not long ago it was a FACT that every girls was getting 4k Euros, based on RLC's profit, now they have a basic wage. 😂

I know, Lunette got 5k one month, but your partner in endless discussions there said many times that was a FACT that every girl was paid 4k, even the do-nothing. 😂

If you are referring to this particular post, then here it is. This is what I said when RLC were doing well at the time of the comment later last year, and the participants were earning 'around' ...the figure I stated which also doesn't state the word 'fact' which you've implied. Not sure if you've noticed but RLC aren't doing too well right now and are downgrading/moving people around and bringing no frills products in and and therefore they are all offered a minimum wage (which I can provide) and a minimum wage is a legal requirement 😉. Profit goes down ...jobs are lost or cheaper labour is hired...no frills labour ...anything else you want to add.
