Not sure if I understand your question completely. My feeling is that my response will be forgotten very soon if it was even read in the first place) and that only the speculation (which I don't blame you for at all) is all that will be remembered.

I just realised that we have a conundrum.

If she does NOT use THAT shower, it may or may not mean that she is from RLC senior management and she therefore knows that it is forbidden.

If she DOES use it, it means that it was never forbidden in the first place.

WAIT! That could also mean that it is reserved for RLC senior management only. I give up
