Reminds me of a story about an ex drag racer back in the day. Driving to the store one day he was taunted at the street light by a punk in his hod rod. The Old man was driving the grocery getting family truckster back in those days. Light turned green and the both took off resulting in the old guy destroying the punk. What the punk didnt know was the guy was an ex pro drag racer and under the hood was a VERY built big block minus the attention grabbing loud exhaust. 

I want to say it was a Paul Harvey story 🤔
