They have only spoken English when I’ve listened. I know he doesn’t like Russia but you can be Russian and not like your country. I assumed he spoke Russian? and it didn’t work with the Uke’s. Does Georgia have its own language? 

Edit: I think there was lots to be gleaned when it was just him and Liora at the table last nite, but I didn’t listen for long.

Yes, very much so. 

Just check random Georgian names: they read & sound totally different than Russian/Ukrainian ones. I can't tell Russian & Ukrainian names apart, or barely (they're related languages after all), but I surely can tell Georgian names apart when reading them, for example "Saakashvili" etc... Georgian is pretty unique and is completely unrelated to Slavic or even other Indo-European languages.

No, I'm not Georgian. Just a vat of useless knowledge... 🙂
