To be fair: Aveline does (probably why she isn't fired yet), but always the same way: a short shower, back to the cam, with her "censor towel", as Tabman calls it, accidentally/conveniently hanging over the shower entrance, preventing side boob view...

She slipped up once while showering in B2 though, being less familiar with the shower cam infrastructure there.

I think the cameras pick up when certain viewers are about to have an orgasm, then they start being spiteful.
