I still have a Sunday roast now, have dome most of my adult life; roast beef or roast chicken, with roast spuds, carrots, greens, parsnips, bread sauce, horseradish sauce, nice thick gravy, yummy. Not so much during summer but autumn winter spring it's all the time. 2
