People should just leave the forum management to the administrators, if someone steps out of line they end up in the 'hot seat' and if they keep it up, that seat gets a one-way ticket to Mars, never to return. Many of the arguments are actually caused by people who refuse to give space to differing opinions and who charge through the forum like wild bulls  looking for someone to pick a fight with.
