In a defiant act of fun and feminism, (mostly young) women are growing out and dyeing their armpit hair. Electric blue, hot pink, neon limeade — their underarms are storming social media and sparking colourful conversations about personal preference and body positivity.

For insight on the movement, guest host Candy Palmater checks in with three guests:

Rain Sissel, the blue-pitted co-founder of the Free Your Pits movement.

Carole and Charlotte, a mother and daughter who have had passionate discussions about the trend.

Academic Emer O'Toole, who offers us a brief history of women's body hair.
