ARMY SNIPER Posted August 16, 2015 Share Posted August 16, 2015 I don't know about every device ,but i have a samsung galaxy tab4 tablet that would not get rlc because it does not support the flash player.i downloaded puffin browser (which support's flash player)and i get rlc just fine now.
