The time zone where they live is an hour ahead of Novosibirsk. Where they live is in the same time zone as Krasnoyarsk, between Novosibirsk and Irkutsk, although a bit north of a direct line between the two. I think you are right. This thread decided it´s Krasnoyarsk many months ago. RLC continues to keep wrong time zones on the front page (GMT+7, GMT+3 etc.). It´s strange as anybody can see the apartment watches on the upper left corner and in many cases on the wall. Deduct one hour from each RLC time, and rather call it UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), which replaced GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) in 1972. I have sent a couple of emails on these faults to RLC Support but they don´t care.
