What you see is the Blue Colored Box that is displayed from Post Image.  They are a Third Party Host. When users post Content from that server RLC places an Order with DMCA and the DMCA places a Takedown Order to the Server where the Pictures were uploaded to. Once the Server receives that Order they must comply and remove the content.  The same is for Videos. If a users uploads to a Third Party Host the Content usually doesn't even last a day. There is a multitude of Third Party Upload Hosts for Pictures the best one going for now is  http://keep4u.ru/   Just put a checkmark in the box Not Suitable for Family Viewing. From the Menu Codes select Full Image and Copy & Past the BBCode to the Comment Box and post your pictures.

There is an Attachment Feature on the Cam Caps Servers for Uploading Content but a Premium Membership is required to Access that Service.

what type of cams are they using in these apartments ? the wifi is perfect on them
