Cool. That's a fine tablet. But, you know, there are lots of Win8 RT apps that'll convert a wide variety of video formats. I really haven't looked, but I'm sure there are lots of apps that'll play videos of various formats. So...how about you stop the shouting. Stop the demanding. Get off your lazy ass. Take care of your video problems your own self?
JoJoGunne Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 Just use VLC Media Player - it's free and works on cheap machines as well ;D I, too, would recommend VLC...except there isn't yet a non-beta version for Win8 (any Win8) released.

Panther063 Posted February 23, 2014 Posted February 23, 2014 Win RT wont get any support as it is dead as a Dodo as far as a platform. The newly released RT 8.1 will support Apps and get better compatibility with Windows Software, but still wont be fully compatible.
