As I said hiding a place is more of a warning than anything. And waiting for something serious to happen to give a warning is not prudent. I don't mind if they levy a fine instead of taking the apt offline. But I am in favor of taking action for minor violations as well if it involves violence. Again that's my view. Yes, it is scripted but I don't think everything is . And I think we are too ready to blame the managers but not the participants. Anyone who joins VHTV is an adult. So participants need to take responsibility as well. If VHTV bans one or two for repeated violation, a lot of them will fall in line but I am not sure they are ready to do that.

I for a minute don't believe that Dalia is a saint and all faults like with Donovan but I also don't believe that she tripped off the shoes. You don't get thrown off if you trip off shoes. And she is a participant. So she takes the financial hit as well for being part of any incident. And those actions like taking the apt offline for a day are nothing more than a warnings. It's not anything terminal for the participants. I don't think you should wait for a major incidents to happen to give them a warning.

I don't know how RLC is now but I had a subscription for a couple of years and towards the end the parties/get togethers were very boring or scripted. I know RLC still have a good viewer base and so the opinion is entirely mine. What I have read here, very few incidents seems to be because of guests (Still excluded) .... be it Scott, Donovan or Sky. Though I have never seen Scott hitting Sabrina, I read here that he has done it multiple times and yet he still has an apartment. So not sure VHTV even takes these seriously.

Yes, I guess in general you are right. The only downside is people may tire seeing the same guests every weekend/parties I think. So kind of a Catch 22 situation for the participants as well.

The ones present there didn't look like strangers. Apart from the 2 girls, have seen the others in Scott's apt.

It seems for some violence is a minor thing while criticism of some participants is a criminal offence. What we saw from Jawis gif may just be the snippet. The cam wasn't in place and so there may have been even more. Any violence (specially against women) must be punished and I think the only currency these guys will understand is financial. So though for us not having the apartments online is an inconvenience, the participants need to take the hit - either in terms of views or in fines.

These people have so much going for them. Lots of guests. Good looking girls having sex at their apartment almost daily. Can't they use their brain a bit to capitalize on it and try to earn some money while they can. Instead Webster is out that to prove how masculine he is his by throwing a girl to the floor

Young kids .. too much alcohol ( and other stuff probably). So their parties are bound to have drama. Don't recall too many parties going smooth when I was their age. Well @Jawis ... missed the whole drama tonight. My mate told me that the cute girl from S&S was back today and she had sex and I log in to check that and the apt is offline.
