I mostly reject fancy conspiracy theories and speculations. The reason for the UM is probably something stupid like a toilet overflow or the toaster went out. BUT in this case, if there was a big blow up between Nelly and Martina and Bogdan ... that also sucked in regulars like Holly and Megan ... then yes, maybe RLC pulled the plug on the villa until things settled down.

To reflect on what we saw after a good night’s sleep … it seemed clear that Nelly and Martina knew (from beginning of the evening) it was going to be difficult to hook up due to Bogdan’s presence. The sneaking away for kisses, the strange behavior with the gift in the fitness room, etc. These two were frustrated as they have not been together for sometime. And I think Bogdan is putting his foot down more … otherwise why not give Martina the spare bed???

I think it is new philo. The three way with Masha was RLC show sex. Her other bisexual dalliances the same. This with Martina is more than an RLC show. At first Bogdan may have thought it was a show but now he knows better and he is giving her an ultimatum. Ultimatums cause stress. My mom used to say “why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free”.

I can argue the exact opposite. Nelly has the crush on Martina but Bogdan is putting his foot down and forcing Nelly to choose between him and Martina and I think it’s crushing her. Alberto is more ok with this at least so far. Yes just speculation. But the tension could be getting to Nelly (past drinking, etc)

Another point … Martina and Alberto typically are one of the last to go to bed … especially since Sera left. So she is probably not tired and getting a second wind … causing more aggravation.

But that's the point Yelt. FWB is not sex without a connection. If you want that, hire a hooker. Two people who are FWB really have an attraction and they want to pleasure each other. They just don't want all the other aspects of a full relationship because that may have complications. Of course Nelly and Martina are playing with fire, but the attraction they have is what has caused them to tempt fate and play with some fire.

I think both are frustrated. It isn't all Martina. Nelly may know that the right move is to stay with Bogdan and not play with Martina but as I said earlier, she doesn't seem very happy about that. She is clearly struggling with this and maybe this conflict is what caused her to drink too much the last two Martina opportunities.

I think Martina is more into open relationships. She seems committed to Alberto but she won't accept being monogamous. She might agree to not be with guys but I don't think she will accept not having girlfriends with benefits. And what if she accepts Alberto's pedestrian approach to making love because she realizes her demand on being bisexual is a huge concession on Bert's part. In all other aspects, Alberto is a great catch (seriously tell me one other guy who would cook, clean, and do the laundry like him?). But she needs her bisexuality and in exchange she will accept Alberto for who he is, especially in the lovemaking department. This still leaves open Alberto's apparently lack of desire to get out and earn a living. Not sure how that fits into all of this calculus.

It feels like a new era is upon us. The new rookie Vivian hanging with the girls and having fun while the crafty veteran Masha retreats to her room to break out her new vibe. This is not the same kind of party like New Year's (which I did not see) or the one when Nelly and Martina hooked up in the kitchen the first time (that I saw but had no clue what I was looking at) or the one where Nelly and Martina had their all-night sex marathon (which thanks to some nice friends here, I got to see after the fact. xo). At the risk of sounding like DD, this looks like a nice GIRLS NIGHT OUT party. I kind of like watching it versus a party with the loud pounding music. Although at the last party with the visits by LE ... it was fun watching Masha push her tongue all over various RLC sweeties bodies. Anyway, for the record, I like a lot of that pounding music too ... but I am learning that this music is GREAT if you are AT THE PARTY but it kind of sucks if you are a voyeur trying to WATCH the party. So Nelly has remained sober but Boggy has claimed his bed as his territory. What's the next chess move?
