    Zabava was out of jobs after Covid, AFAIK. She met Holly in Dubai when she was dancing there with a group. I Barcelona she only did private dance classes. I guess she tried to apply for jobs as dance teacher but never got it. Her English is mid, and she still doesn't know barely any Spanish. She did try to keep teaching for small groups because she's afraid to promote her classes on IG and be overvehement by clients, at least was what I got from her conversations with DIPSHIT. One thing that DIPSHIT, is right, the project made her lazy and without a will to find a job. This is why recently he was asking her to leave the project, the "comfort zone". Same thing for Esmi. IIRC she wasn't even in Ukraine when she was invited to join the project, it was kinda of a coincidence that she joined days after the war began. She was out of job and had broke up with her BF.

    I don't understand this statement since she wants to be part of the project because this is the only way for her to have an income, Esmi too. Esmi was in the process of starting a new business, but it took too long.

    The apartment wasn't great in relation with adult content, but was good in Real Life content (that includes some nudity). When Dipshit arrived, it started a downfall. Zab and him together isn't good to watch, and it seems that it shows, especially in this time that thy are alone they don't attack too many viewers. It's funny to see that Esmi seems to be much popular than them.

    Yesterday, Noldus posted September's viewership statistics. That shows that RLC had 30.4% down. Now I believe that there is a possibility that RLC is cutting costs and one way of doing this is shutting down this apartment. Just think about it. Zab and Dipshit were always fighting, becoming an unpopular couple. Esmi doing barely nothing and even taking a 41 days vacation. Maybe she thought, "If Uly can take long vacations, I can too". The problem is that she isn't as popular and profitable as Uly. RLC tried to make this apartment popular by constantly making the kitchen cam free for many days in a row, but the viewership kept falling. We also have to take into the account that B1 was completely replaced. We don't know the real reasons why they are leaving, but if this apartment comes back online with other tenants and the Sisters doesn't rejoin the project, it might tell that this is the reason.
