    I kinda understand this part of the contract. RLC contracts the couple to be a couple in the project. But it seems to be a wrong way to do it. RLC should hire both separately and if they break up they come to an agreement to decide who stay in the project and who leaves. If there isn't any room available. Maybe this works best for B5's tenants. IDK.
