    That wasn't my question. What I asked is, if the "OG" apartments are rented, why would they have bought the ones? Especially because this has been said in this forum even before those apartments were listed.

    Having a company in Cyprus doesn't already give them a visa so that they could live in Europe? I think that I read something about Malta too, that the EU were pressuring them to tight their rules about visa investments. I know that A4 Games, Metro 2033 game series, left Ukraine and moved to Malta so that they could have more freedom about getting hardware and foreigner investment. I remember that once Radi took some furniture from that room on the back of the FR, and she was asked to put it back because that was a design furniture from the landlord and if she damaged it RLC would have to pay it back. I believe that over this time there were other indications that the Villa is rented.

    We know that B1, 2 and at least B4 are rented. Also the apartments that aren't online anymore like B6, Harley's and Zabava's. So why would RLC buy the other apartments?

    From what I got in a conversation between Zab and Dayana, Day told her that XLife only pay her the money for the rent and utilities. It makes sense since Rachel only has a room and they have many places in Bali and many other countries. I really doubt that RLC would be renting all that. We also saw the tenants moving to other apartments quite easily.

    That Villa that Mag told probably was any other Villa. That Agency that Nadia and Aziza worked for has nothing to do with RLC.

    The gaps usually happens when the girls are late to arrive. Maybe miss a flight or something else. When the tenants leave by the own terms, they leave happy and usually throw a party, when the girls are asked to leave, usually they are sad. This is why i believe that all three were asked to leave.

    About that apartment, I'm not really sure anymore. It does have a kid in one of the apartments. We can hear a kid crying many times during the day. But, when that huge power outrage happened in Europe, Zab told Dipshit about the neighbors. She mentioned a Spaniard family with a kid and an old lady. It was also mentioned that they have an Italian neighbor and once Esmi closed the window in the Study room because a neighbor use the room near it to smoke. Also, that time that Bogdan went there to replace the shower heads, he called them by that intercom to ask them to open the building front door, but recently he went there to check the rubber that seals the fridge, and he only nocked on the door.

    I don't believe that Aya was already in Europe before rejoining the project. She told Buki that she had 34h+ trip to arrive in Barcelona. Brandon was in Europe, that why he arrived one week ahead. Aya conversation about the contract with Buki at the terrace was the first time that I heard a tenant saying that she had a contract for a certain time. Other girls did have a contract, but without a time limit. RLC did have one or two off-line apartments. I don't know how many they have now. The apartment that Uly and Harley first rejoined as roommates, later Zab rejoined as Harley's roommate, was used by Loraine when she left the project. I also believe that RLC have, or had, another unit in the same building.
