    Oh, no. I think I told you wrong. VPN is not forbidden in my country. but only sometimes they reduce the VPN speed.

    You're right. I used to follow RLC anyway. But they have forbidden access with VPN in the past. In my country, such sites are banned and it is not possible to watch outside VPN. I'm ready to listen to the advice.
