Well something is going on in this apartment that is for sure and it is not maintenance. Why should this apartment alone have more maintenance then all the other apartments together, that is bullshit, rlc is hiding something. Whatever it is something is being kept away from members by rlc and it is not maintenance. It often goes down several times a day and as i said this apartment have more maintenance then all the other apartments together, what is the possibility of that unless something is hidden from members.

Im not stupid i get that an apartment needs maintenance sometimes but several times a day? Going up to 20-30 hours every week that is unacceptable and it is very clear that its not closed for maintenance that often when nothing happens with the Place. They Close for other reasons they dont want shown what that is only rlc and the tenants know but it sure is not maintenance. Just look att carla and Marios Place its lagging like shit and there they dont do anything.
