    I opened a ticket as well earlier. Videos from the past few days work but ones from Sept 1 not working. They load and play but when I skip forward the circle of doom appears! Or they play normally until halfway through and stop working. Hopefully it is fixed soon and we dont lose any videos from the archive in the process.

    I think the users who save the videos are still saving them for the archive even with all the issues, hopefully whatever is messing up the archive is fixed soon without any videos disappearing and the newer videos can be archived in time.

    I dont believe the spikes we see in timeline are due to motion being captured but how many users are watching. I may be wrong but I have seen some instances were the timeline is flat but someone is actually showering or getting dressed but no one was watching at the time.
