Hi Anode, You have to accept that the "exorbitant " fee RLC charge is for all the properties not just Leora. Paul was not in the Army when they were in the last apartment in Russia, although he was in the army reserves and was liable to attend military exercises for up to 4-6 weeks once per year. He did in fact work for Apple in Krasnoyarsk, which left the days free for Leora to express herself.
