    The problem with these villas and apartments is that they need constant replacement, which RLC is unable to do. Of course, they can close the apartments and villas temporarily for a change of tenants but how long would that take? and above all how much money would rlc lose while waiting to find replacements? As can be easily understood, it is not possible to do it as Alladino would like without practically causing the fail of the site. At that point they might as well close definitively the experience of shared villas and apartments in Barcelona, since there are these problems of finding tenants.
