I said as they didn't have a car nevertheless nothing precluded them from traveling outside of Prague as public transportation was there for their using but they didn't use it to travel abroad. They must use it in town, or walk. Paul has a skateboard... Prague has a great public transport system they must use, a big city, but so what? To live in Prague like hermits and never set foot out of it is pretty strange for two young adults without kids to not go places (outside their town). They could hop on a train and zip to Swirzerland, France, German, even England via the Chunnel. Paul lived there and speaks perfect English. Why not go while you're young and not tied down with kids?

So much to see in Europe and so easy to access it. They never do, not even on occasion." and "Walking or using a bus in Prague isn't traveling or vacationing." They either walk or use public transportation. They don't travel/vacation when its so available in Europe. You used part of a comment I made, and stand by, out of the context to try and make it say what I didn't mean in context. They don't have a car but don't even even use public transportation(beyond locally) to travel away from Prague. Argue now with that. I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Where would Leora and Paul be if she didn't get naked, bate etc on cameras? Honestly, where? This easy life style comes at the cost of her not being able to include her family and friends in her physical life. The wife (and our kids) have each other, many friends, have accumulated assets, homes and can do whatever we wish in a long planned now realized retirements. Deliberate planning, self denial and discipline works. We don't have to see or be burdened 24/7 with family and friends but there is the opportunity if we wish. Moreover I can't understand two healthy 30+ year old adults with no kids not having a car and the freedom it affords. They don't even use public transportation to see and do what they could if they wanted to. So much to see in Europe and so easy to access it. They never do, not even on occasion.

With all the opinions and reactions to those of us that think Leora and Paul are stagnant let me ask some questions. I'll be interested in the answers posted. When you where 20-ish where where you and what where you doing, what did you have and what were your goals? What jobs have you held or sought out? What pay grades have you increased and or what promotions did you achieve in those 10 years? Where was Leora and Paul 10 years ago and how have they progressed? What career advancement have they experienced. From what I see aside from where they live they are still where they were 10 years ago. In fact they really haven't obtained any personal possessions except for clothes. Their furniture isn't theirs with the exception of Paul's work desk and Eva's ramp. Just saying.

They may fantasize about doing this or that but wouldn't go public and actually do it.
