    I will add one thing I think worth noting; I think every time they get together there is slight progression as to how far they go... VERY slight. That may or may not be pre-planned or not but this group dynamic is the most interesting thing going on in RLC right now so fuck it, I'll just see what they do or not do.

    This to me is the most frustrating thing of all. Like there's no excuse for this. Even if you want to fine the apartment, what justification is there to shut the whole apartment off? Not only do they give them a huge fine, but then prevent them from making money. I've always said VH was a scumbag company with scumbag practices. You really can't convince me otherwise now. And people wonder why there is such an incredibly turn over rate? 170+ apartments gone in less that 4 years, and VH couldn't even care less because they just give any schmuck with a pulse an apartment. There is zero quality associated with this site.
