just sent this to RLC support It has been about a week now, and the girls in the Barcelona apt with Nica, Rosemary, Blair and others are without hot water. To me, this is inexcusable and a terrible way to treat your employees When will you fix this and get them hot water to bathe, shower, and wash dishes in????????????
