    Maybe it's the guy who wants to only fuck under the sheets... Guys being more prude than girls is something I tend to see (at the beach/lake, for example) more often the last few years, at least where Gen Z is concerned. Not that I saw anyone fuck there yet (except one guy getting a blowjob from his gf in the bushes), but it shows when they're changing clothes, sometimes swimming (half) naked, girls wearing tiny bikinis or sometimes just bottoms, while guys are still wearing those large baggy bermuda style pants in which it's not comfortable to swim at all, girls in a big group peeing in the bushes not all that well hidden (covid was a big factor in that: all the bars were closed so they drank at the lake & in parks, result: peeing girls behind every shrub, who didn't bother hiding too much anymore after a while).

    I think she's older than 30 or 35. Possibly over 40. With a still OK body, I think (though I haven't seen her naked yet - no premium so no replay) but her age shows through in her face, I have the impression. At least she looks older than Maghdela, Nelly, Esmi, Masha, Sara, Milena,... Who all are/were over 30 at least or even around 35/36.

    It's true that boredom can set in, and often does set in, in any of the apartments. But even more so in the couples apartments than in the roommates ones, in my opinion. What I like the most, is when apartments have cute female guests that are preferably not too cam-shy. Or just kind of forget about the cams. That's the kind of variety I prefer. Whether it's a Summer pool party in B4 or B7 with guests jumping in naked or topless, couchsurfers changing or bathing/showering at Masha's (when she was more stable), or Val's very pretty "one night stand" of a few weeks ago. Or just cute guests spending the night at their RLC friends and changing/showering without a care in the world (and why shouldn't they: they're not doing anything 'wrong', after all). I guess I just like to watch new girls, not too shy, but also without the 'jadedness' of the 'professionals'. And pretty, of course. 🙂 Luckily, I can appreciate different types.

    I don't want an argument. Most of the time, I actually agree with you. But concerning Jessi "pretending the cams aren't there", I disagree. If the cams weren't there, she wouldn't bathe in her underwear, or use foam to hide when getting out of the bath, hide when changing, etc.... And she'd probably also bathe/shower more often.😉 I'm not one of those calling for her to be thrown out though, I'm still kind of curious to see how she develops. But I don't expect much from her anymore, and also hope new tenants won't follow her example. As RLC seems to have recruitment problems, there's a danger of that, I'm afraid.
