I'm sure Shantal was a tenant in B1, not B2. She was in the big bedroom in B1. She may have visited or spent the night at B2, but I don't think she was ever a tenant there. I remember her staying at B7 sometimes, after a party or so.

She was of African descent, if that helps to rejuvenate your memory. But if you only resubscribed about a year ago, you may have missed her. Unless you saw her on free cams before that time (in B1 the kitchen cam was often free if I remember well).

You're not wrong, certainly. I enjoy every bit she exposes as well. It's just that, for me, she's taking too long (most newbies need 2 weeks max to 'adjust'). It's all good to be a tease, but every tease, in the end, needs a release (feeling poetic, lol, though the rhyme won't translate to French I think). Although she's making some small progress, it takes her very long. So long even, that I'm not sure if the release will come before she leaves, or before I give up & lose interest. That moment hasn't arrived yet, but may still arrive if her 'progress' stops. Especially as I don't have Premium, so no replay, the wait could get too long. Jessi reminds me a bit of Shantal (in B1).
