I'm asking this because when you turn off the power, the clock flashes, like when the apartment came back online, and when you stare at the clock, it stays fixed, like in your link. in any case my oven works exactly the same way as B5's I know there are several conspiracy theorists who say we're being lied to, but sometimes you just have to stay factual. The apartment's power coming back online and the few clues tend to prove that there was indeed a power outage in the apartment during the long maintenance period.
